How many flights do you operate?

We operate three flights. These include a 160 seat premium class plane departing from London Stansted, a 130 seat plane departing from Luton Airport and a 95 seat plane departing from London City Airport.

Do you offer any other mode of transport?

Yes. We have chartered a private premier class carriage on Eurostar, connecting with a TGV (French high-speed train) at Lille that will take you directly to Cannes.

Are you ABTA & ATOL registered?

Yes. ABTA 91162 and ATOL 5158.

Will my trip be covered by the Carbon offsetting scheme?

Yes. We ensure that all passengers' travel is offset through a carbon offsetting scheme. This is included in the price and passengers do not need to take any further action.

Do I have to allocate passenger names when I book?

No. We do not need you to confirm the name of passengers until February 2009.

Are transfers included in the price?

Yes. We provide luxury coach transfer and this is included in the ticket price. You can also upgrade to chauffeur driven transfer in a luxury car or helicopter transfer.

Is food and drink provided?

Yes. A meal and champagne are provided, along with soft drinks on both outbound and return journeys.

Who else will be travelling with me?

The planes and trains will be full of professionals from the property industry who are travelling to MIPIM. The flights are solely for professionals travelling to and from MIPIM, and we have exclusive use of a carriage on Eurostar for people attending the show. This will help you to maximize networking opportunities and add value to your trip.

Can you organise connecting flights?

Yes. Please contact us and we can arrange all connecting travel for you.

Does the price include tax?

Yes. The cost is all inclusive of airport tax.

Where does the transfer drop me off?

The coaches drop off right outside the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. The helicopters land on the jetty at the back of the Palais des Festivals. The chauffer driven car will take you to either the exhibition or directly to your hotel.

How long is the journey?

The flights take approximately 2 hours and the train takes approximately 10 hours.
